SHIPPING POLICY

All products sold by Kind Page Studio are digital. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping costs, no customs fees and no waiting.

How you receive your product

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with access to your purchase. Depending on the product, this can be:

  • a PDF file to download;
  • a link to your template in Canva;
  • a link to make your copy in Google Sheets, and/or an Excel file to download.

Your access is also shown on the order confirmation page right after checkout.

Delivery time

Delivery is automatic and usually takes a few minutes. If you don't receive your email within 1 hour:

  1. check your spam, junk or promotions folder;
  2. make sure the email address in your order is correct;
  3. write to us at info.digitalsproduct@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll send your access again.

Where we deliver

Our products are available worldwide. You only need an internet connection and a device to open your files: a computer, tablet or phone.

What you may need

Some products work inside free third-party platforms. You may need a free Canva account or a free Google account to open your template and make your own copy. Each product page explains what you need before you buy.

Download limits

Download links may have a limited number of uses. If you reach the limit or lose access, contact us and we'll reset it.

Taxes

There are no shipping or import fees. Taxes may apply depending on your country, and are shown at checkout before you pay.
