REFUND POLICY

All products sold by Kind Page Studio are digital. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to send back. Please read this policy before you buy: if you're not sure a product is right for you, write to us first at info.digitalsproduct@gmail.com and we'll give you an honest answer.

Digital products and returns

Because digital files and template links can't be returned once you have received them, we don't offer refunds or exchanges once your product has been delivered, except in the cases listed below.

Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once delivery has started, provided that before your purchase you expressly agreed to receive the product immediately and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result.

If you have not yet received access to your product, you can still withdraw within 14 days by contacting us.

When we will refund you

We will gladly give you a full refund if:

  • You didn't receive your product and we can't fix the problem within 7 days of you contacting us.
  • The files or links don't work and we can't provide a working version.
  • You were charged twice for the same product by mistake.
  • The product is materially different from its description on our website.

How to request a refund

Email us at info.digitalsproduct@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase with:

  • your order number;
  • a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps).

Most issues, such as a link not opening or an email ending up in spam, can be solved in a few minutes, so please get in touch before opening a dispute with your bank.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to process and post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at info.digitalsproduct@gmail.com.

Sale items and discounts

Products bought at a discounted price are covered by this policy in the same way as full-price products.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
